The course consists of 3 full days of classes covering topics on preparedness, light search and rescue, fire, triage and more. The class is free and taught by firefighters from Loma Prieta Fire and Rescue. There is no requirement that you join the team. Training individuals and families to be better prepared to care for themselves after a disaster is also important to us.
